COVID-19 Update: Due to recent Delta outbreaks Customs, Sorting Centers and Postal Services in some areas are experiencing delays. These delays are random and outside of our control and we accept no responsibility if your order arrives outside of our estimated delivery times.
When will my order by shipped?
All orders are processed within 24-36 hours after receiving payment and will be shipped out from our suppliers warehouse within 2-5 business days. Some of our artists designs are custom printed when you place your order and have a longer processing time, this will be listed on the product page if this is the case.

We charge a flat rate of $4.99 AUD regardless of where in the world you are.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed out within 7 business days of your order being placed, please be patient as the number may take another 2 to 5 days to start working but be assured your package is on its way!

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Australia & United Kingdom prices are inclusive of tax.
All other countries the price does not include tax, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
My order hasn't arrived.
Due to the continued inconsistent delivery times and delays still caused by COVID-19 we have had to extend the time allowed before an item will be re-sent or refunded due to failed delivery.
UK & Australia: Average delivery time 2-4 weeks. If your order still hasn't arrived after 60 days please contact us. After 60 days, and if there have been no tracking updates in the last 14 days that indicate your package is still on the way, we will be happy to reship or refund your purchase.
Rest of World: Average delivery time 3-6 weeks. If your order still hasn't arrived after 70 days please contact us. After 70 days, and if there have been no tracking updates in the last 14 days that indicate your package is still on the way, we will be happy to reship or refund your purchase.
